Alan Kirshner
I have a BA degree in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Prior to Career Coaching, I had a successful corporate career working in the diverse industries of Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications and Consumer Products.
Throughout my career I have hired, trained, mentored and coached employees, consultants and college Co-ops. I have a deep understanding of the hiring process as well as development of employees to reach their highest potential.
I found a new passion in helping people in their job search. I decided to create this business to leverage my experience with the hiring process to help people succeed in their transition to new and exciting opportunities.
In addition to Kirshner Coaching Solutions, I am currently on the Executive Board of the Professional Services Group of Mercer County, which is a job seekers support group that assists people in job transition. I also serve as a volunteer Career Coach for the New Start Career Network which is based out of the Helfrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University.
